Obtain a certificate of good standing
In Washington, a certificate of good standing is referred to as a certificate of Formation/Status/Existence.
To obtain a certificate of Formation/Status/Existence, contact the Corporations Division by phone or by mail. Contact information for the Corporations Division is as follows:

The filing fee is $20 per certificate and if expedited service is requested, add an additional $20 for a total of $40.
