Links to external websites from the Access Washington web portal are established and retained at the discretion of Access Washington staff on a case-by-case basis.
Access Washington reserves the right to deny a request if it determines that a website contains misleading or unsubstantiated claims, conflicts with the purpose of Access Washington, or does not meet one or more of the criteria stated in the external link policy.
NOTE: ACCESS WASHINGTON WILL NOT ADD LINKS TO COMMERCIAL SITES.
- Government Websites
Access Washington may provide links to other state, local, and federal government organization and educational institution websites that provide additional services and information to Access Washington users and complies with the acceptance criteria.
- Non-Profit Websites
In rare instances, Access Washington may provide links to websites that are not government-owned or government sponsored if these organizations offer services that complement the Purpose of Access Washington, and the links meet the acceptance criteria stated in our external linking policy.
