Community Technology Programs
Community Technology is the purposeful use of computers, Internet, and digital communication systems by non-profit and community-based organizations to enhance the delivery of mission in a way that helps clients develop technology literacy skills through beneficial, hands-on interaction with technology, particularly in underserved areas.
These programs may include, but are not limited to:
- Education and skill building opportunities
- Access to hardware and software
- Internet connectivity, and
- Access to vital services and locally relevant content via technology.
