Community Technology Centers are based in housing projects, human service agencies, libraries, places of worship, schools, or community centers. They may serve families, youth, immigrants, single mothers, job seekers, or seniors. Some provide "open access" to the public, while others only serve their members, students, or housing project residents. The technology services range from Internet access, computer training, video production facilities, web sites and more.
